Newton Farm Collective is showing up with a harvest season bounty! Don't miss out on their potatoes, winter squash, greens, herbs, and more. For those who can handle the heat, try their fermented hot pepper mash and hot pepper vinegar. Additionally, they'll have stuffed focaccia with eggplant smoked garlic ragout.
JJF Farm with pasture raised Black Angus beef in Ribeyes, NY Strips, Chuck Roast, Flank Steak, Short Ribs, ground beef, beef liver and much more.
Phoenicia Soap Co. will be stocked with an assortment of seasonal soap bars. They will also have their other skin care products, all plant based from botanicals sustainably grown and harvested in the Catskills.
Rockland Cider Works will be bringing plain and flavored 4-packs and bottles of their hard cider as well as "Easy Run", a delightful non-alcoholic Sparkling Apple Cider. Don't forget to check out their mechandise and pick up a Rockland Cider Works hoodie to keep you warm during the colder seasons!
