PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Town of Lexington Town Board will hold a Public Hearing followed by the End of Year Town Board meeting on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 6:00 PM at the Municipal Building      located at 3542 State Route 42.The purpose of the Public Hearing is in regards to the adoption of a Local Law to Opt out of allowing cannabis retail dispensaries and on-site consumption sites as authorized    under Cannabis Law Article 4. All interested parties shall be heard at this time.
