2021 Lexington Farmer's Market Opening Saturday, May 29thHappy Spring!! The daffodils are blooming, garlic is coming up and crops are in the ground or in the greenhouse!! The Lexington Market Team is preparing for the BEST MARKET YET, and we have plenty of news to share.
Joining us this season is See and Be Kitchen, a spectacular local bakery in Cairo, NY, and they will be bringing wood-fired bread to each market, their signature Arborio bread, and hand made croissants made with Plugra butter and fillings from local products! All products are made with Sourdough wild yeast and many local flours. If you have not visited their bakery in Cairo, you will want to be at the first market to try these. We will also have Paul Dwon joining the market for some of our Saturdays with his local honey.
Maple Syrup provided this year for most of our markets by Adam Cross and family.

All of our regular market farms and producers will be back this year with their great products and new items as well! Heather Ridge Farm, JJF Farm, Newton Farm, Mossy Stone Farm and a variety of local products vended by our market team from Story Farm, Bullich Mushrooms, Harpersfield Cheese and MORE!
We are also working hard to have a variety of guest local crafts people and makers at each market. Our town and region are full of seasoned crafts people, and new folks are arriving in the area! We want to showcase all at our market.
