Lot Line Adjustment – Sperbeck to Visich – Beech Ridge Road – North -- 3.88 +/- Acres
                                       From: Parcel # 143.00-3-20 (Sperbeck)
                                           To: Parcel # 143.00-3-34 (Visich)

The Planning Board Members discussed the Lot Line Adjustment.  There were questions about how large the original parcel was, and Judy Visich explained that they original parcel was 3.8 +/- acres, which was sold to the Sperbecks a number of years ago because they wanted to build a house for their son, which never happened.   So therefore, Charles & Judy Visich said they would like to buy part of the parcel back and add it to their existing parcel.   The parcel they would purchase would be approximately .8 +/- acres from the Sperbeck parcel #143.00-3-20, and it would be joined to their parcel #143.00-3-34 (Visich).

Further discussion was held because they did not want to leave Marguerite Sperbeck with an under sized lot, which wouldn’t happen because she would still have 3 +/- acres.

The application fee for the Lot Line Adjustment is $100.00 and the survey and mylar will be forthcoming, Chairman Robert Hermance asked for a motion to approve the Lot Line Adjustment.

Expanding the Hamlet in Lexington

Michelle Yost from the Catskill Watershed Corp. delivered maps of the Hamlet expansion area for the Town of Lexington, and wanted to know if the Town was comfortable with the proposed area.   Michelle said that more guidelines will be forth coming along with a resolution to accept the expansion if the town agrees.  The new parcel included in the hamlet area are # 128.00-2-42 of 206 acres (DeLeonardis) #128.00-1-31-1 of 116.02 acres (Hermance), #127.00-5-15 of 50.10 acres (Kmeta)
