Board Meeting Town of Lexington Planning Board August 12, 2008 Chairman, Glenn Howard called the regular monthly meeting of the Town of Lexington Planning Board to order on August 12, 2008 at the Lexington Municipal Building, Route 42, followed by the pledge of allegiance to the American Flag. Planning Board Members present were Chairman Glenn Howard, Susan Constable, Ralph Albino, Robert Hermance, Edwin Dippold, Taris Charysyn, and Greg Cross. Others present were Rose Williams, Secretary, Brett Byrne, Richard D’Angelo, Land Surveyor Bruce Maben, Ann Marie Phelan, Chris Yarger, and Attorney & Mrs. Larry Gardner. Minutes Accept Minutes Edwin Dippold made a motion to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held on July 8,2008, seconded by Susan Constable. Vote: Howard-Aye, Albino-Aye, Constable-Aye, Cross–Aye, Dippold-aye, and Charysyn-aye. Absent: Hermance Planning Board Member Robert Hermance entered the meeting at 7:32 PM Byrne Minor Subdivision --- Parcel #109.00-2-93 – County Rt. 23C (Preliminary Plat Approval) 15.99 +/- acres Lot #1 = 5 +/- acres Lot #2 = 11 +/- acres Brett Byrne presented the survey maps to the Planning Board for there review. Chairman Howard said that the right of way into the 11.242 acres parcel was set at the last meeting to be put at 60 foot wide, which was reflected on the map. The file consisted of Completed Application with receipt of the $100. fee. Receipt for the $50. for two lots List of the adjoining land owners Sketch Map Minutes of July 8, 2008 Copy of Deed Completed Short EAF Six survey Maps and Mylar After review of the maps and file, Chairman Glenn Howard asked for a vote for Preliminary Plat approval Robert Hermance made a motion to grant Preliminary Plat Approval for the Byrne Minor Subdivision for Brett Byrne, Parcel # 109.00-2-93, where a lot would be 11.424 Acres, and the other lot would be 4.567 Acres, seconded by Taris Charysyn. Vote: Howard-aye, Hermance-aye, Constable-aye, Albino-aye, Charysyn-aye, Cross-aye, and Dippold-aye. Carried.

Edwin Dippold made a motion to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held on July 8,2008, seconded by Susan Constable.

Vote: Howard-Aye, Albino-Aye, Constable-Aye, Cross–Aye, Dippold-aye, and Charysyn-aye.
Absent: Hermance

Planning Board Member Robert Hermance entered the meeting at 7:32 PM

After review of the maps and file, Chairman Glenn Howard asked for a vote for
Preliminary Plat approval

Robert Hermance made a motion to grant Preliminary Plat Approval for the Byrne Minor Subdivision for Brett Byrne, Parcel # 109.00-2-93, where a lot would be 11.424 Acres, and the other lot would be 4.567 Acres, seconded by Taris Charysyn.

Vote: Howard-aye, Hermance-aye, Constable-aye, Albino-aye, Charysyn-aye,
Cross-aye, and Dippold-aye. Carried.
