Planning Board Meeting Town of Lexington Planning Board Chairman, Glenn Howard called the regular monthly meeting of the Town of Lexington Planning Board to order on August 11, 2009 at the Lexington Municipal Building, Route 42, followed by the pledge of allegiance to the American Flag. Planning Board Members present were Chairman Glenn Howard, Susan Constable, Edwin Dippold, Jr., Ralph Albino, Robert Hermance, and Taris Charysyn. Others present were Rose Williams, Secretary, and Joseph Vanucchi from Vanucchi Associates. Minutes Edwin Dippold made a motion to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held on July 14, 2009, seconded by Edwin Dippold, Jr. Calabro / Cross Minor Subdivision --- Vanucchi Associates (Surveyor) Joseph Vanucchi from Vanucchi Associates gave the Planning Board Members preliminary maps to review. Regina Calabro and Jeffery Cross are going to incorporate the acreage into their existing parcel, but Tim Cross is joining his later to his existing lot. The members discussed the subdivision further with Joe Vanucchi. Preliminary Plat Approval Edwin Dippold, Jr. made a motion to grant preliminary plat approval for the Calabro / Cross Minor Subdivision where Lot 1 would be 57.462 Acres (Calabro), Lot 2 would be 35.142 Acres (Timothy Cross), and Lot 3 would be 35.775 Acres (Jeffery Cross), seconded by Robert Hermance. Vote: Howard-Aye, Albino-Nay (thought it should have been a lot line adjustment), The Public Hearing for the Calabro/Cross Minor Subdivision has been scheduled for September 8th, 2009 at 7:15 pm. It will be advertised in the local newspaper and letters will be sent out to the adjoining land owners. Piccininni/Graham Minor Subdivision --- Vanucchi Associates (Surveyor) Joseph Vanucchi presented his preliminary maps for the Piccinini / Graham Minor Subdivision to the Planning Board Members where 68 +/- acres would be subdivided into Lot 1 being 14.422 acres and Lot 2 would be 53.595 acres. A discussion was held on the width of the log road, which was 461 feet at the bottom and that was wide enough. The spring for the water is still working on the property. The Planning Board Members discussed the Minor Subdivision. The file consisted of: Preliminary Plat Approval Edwin Dippold, Jr. made a motion to grant Preliminary Plat Approval for the Piccinini/Graham Minor Subdivision where Lot 1 would be 14.422 acres with a house, and Lot 2 would be 53.595 acres of vacant land, and the property is located on Wolf Road, seconded by Ralph Albino. Vote: Howard-Aye, Albino-Aye, Constable-Aye, Hermance-Aye, Charysyn-Aye, and The Public Hearing for the Piccinini / Graham Minor Subdivision has been scheduled for September 8th, 2009 at 7:30 pm.
