Planning Board Meeting Town of Lexington Planning Board May 11, 2010 Chairman Robert Hermance called the regular monthly meeting to order on May 11, 2010 at the Lexington Municipal Building, 3542 Route 42, followed by the pledge of allegiance to the American Flag. Planning Board Members present were Chairman Robert Hermance, Susan Constable, Taris Charysyn, and Edwin Dippold, Jr. , Ralph Albino, and William Pushman. Absent was Carl Davis Others present were Rick & Patti Brooks, and Rose Williams, Secretary. Minutes Taris Charysyn made a motion to accept the minutes of the Planning Board Meeting held on April 13, 2010, seconded by Edwin Dippold, Jr. Vote: Hermance-aye, Constable-aye, Dippold-aye, Albino-aye, Pushman-aye & Charysyn-aye. Carried Absent: Davis . Stewart Wexelbaum / Lynn Loflin Minor Subdivision -- Parcel #160.00-2-31 == 50.60 Acres Spruceton Road Lot #1 = 37.59 +/- Acres Lot #2 = 13.01 Acres Rick & Patti Brooks were at the meeting from Brooks & Brooks Land Surveyors, P.C. and were representing their clients, Wexelbaum and Loflin. They presented a Sketch Map with the application fee of $100. to the Planning Board for a two lot minor subdivision where Parcel 160.00-2-31 of 51 acres would be subdivided. Lot #1 of 37.59 acres is vacant land which will be sold to NYC DEP after the subdivision is finalized, and Lot #2 will be 13.01 acres with the house and buildings, and will be retained by Wexelbaum & Loflin. The Planning Board members reviewed the map and had a few questions about right of ways which were answered. NYC DEP will be buying the land which will be subject to the right of way to the Graff property. Accept the Sketch Plan Taris Charysyn made a motion to accept the Sketch Plan for the Two (2) Lot Minor Subdivision of Parcel #160.00-2-31 where Lot # 1 would be 37.59 acres and Lot # 2 would be 13.01 acres, seconded by William Pushman. Vote: Hermance-aye, Constable-aye, Dippold-aye, Albino-aye, Pushman-aye & Charysyn-aye Carried -- Absent: Davis Chairman Robert Hermance asked the surveyors to put the elevations and contours on the final map for the next meeting and they agreed. They were also asked to complete a Short EAF Form for the next meeting along with six maps and a mylar for the final approval. Chairman Robert Hermance set up the Public Hearing for the Minor Subdivision of Wexelbaum and Loflin for June 8th, 2010 @ 6:45 PM. The Planning Board Secretary will advertise the Public Hearing in the local newspaper and send certified return receipts letters to all the adjoining land owners. Adjourn Taris Charysyn made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Susan Constable. Everyone agreed. Chairman Hermance adjourned the meeting. Planning Board Members present were Chairman Robert Hermance, Susan Constable, Taris Charysyn, and Edwin Dippold, Jr. , Ralph Albino, and William Pushman. Absent was Carl Davis

Others present were Rick & Patti Brooks, and Rose Williams, Secretary.

Minutes

Taris Charysyn made a motion to accept the minutes of the Planning Board Meeting held on April 13, 2010, seconded by Edwin Dippold, Jr.
Vote: Hermance-aye, Constable-aye, Dippold-aye, Albino-aye, Pushman-aye & Charysyn-aye. Carried
Absent: Davis .

Stewart Wexelbaum / Lynn Loflin Minor Subdivision -- Parcel #160.00-2-31 == 50.60 Acres

                                       Lot #2 = 13.01 Acres
