Planning Board Meeting April 14, 2009 Chairman, Glenn Howard called the regular monthly meeting of the Town of Lexington Planning Board to order on April 14, 2009 at the Lexington Municipal Building, Route 42, followed by the pledge of allegiance to the American Flag. No meetings were held in February and March of 2009 – nothing on the agenda. Planning Board Members present were Chairman Glenn Howard, Susan Constable, Edwin Dippold, Jr., Ralph Albino, Robert Hermance and Greg Cross. Absent was Taris Charysyn. Others present were Rose Williams, Secretary, and Jeff Flack from the Greene County Soil & Water Minutes Greg Cross made a motion to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held on January 13, 2009, seconded by Edwin Dippold, Jr. Vote: Howard-Aye, Albino-Aye, Constable-Aye, Cross–Aye, Hermance-aye, and Dippold–Aye. Carried. Absent was Charysyn Greene Co. Soil & Water Stream Project Jeff Flack gave the Planning Board a presentation on the project that was planned for the West Kill Stream between Long’s Bridge and Graff’s Bridge. The project should start around June 15th and run through to September 30th, of 2009. Adjourn Robert Hermance made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Susan Constable. All agreed. Planning Board Members present were Chairman Glenn Howard, Susan Constable, Edwin Dippold, Jr., Ralph Albino, Robert Hermance and Greg Cross. Absent was Taris Charysyn.

Others present were Rose Williams, Secretary, and Jeff Flack from the Greene County Soil & Water

Greg Cross made a motion to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held on January 13, 2009, seconded by Edwin Dippold, Jr.

Vote: Howard-Aye, Albino-Aye, Constable-Aye, Cross–Aye, Hermance-aye, and Dippold–Aye.
Carried. Absent was Charysyn

Greene Co. Soil & Water Stream Project

Jeff Flack gave the Planning Board a presentation on the project that was planned for the West Kill Stream between Long’s Bridge and Graff’s Bridge. The project should start around June 15th and run through to September 30th, of 2009.

Robert Hermance made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Susan Constable. All agreed.
