The Town of Lexington Town Board held a Public Hearing on Local Law #1 of 2008, on March 19, 2008 at 5:15 P.M. at the Lexington Municipal Building, 3542 Route 42, Lexington, NY
Supervisor Dixie Baldrey had the pledge to the American Flag.

The Public Hearing Notice was advertised in the local newspaper, the Windham Journal the week of March 13, 2008, and it is so stated into this record. The public notice read as follows:
NOTICE – TOWN OF LEXINGTON PUBLIC HEARING
“Please take notice the Town of Lexington Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 19th, 2008 at 5:15 PM at the Municipal Building, located at 3542 Route 42, Lexington, NY regarding Local Law #1of 2008, “Floodplain Management Regulations”
Supervisor Dixie Baldrey opened the public hearing for Local Law #1 of 2008, and read the Public Hearing Notice that was in the local Newspaper into the record.
No questions or comments were made.
Council Member Paul Van Valkenburgh made a motion to close the public hearing, seconded by Council Member Keith Mellott. All Agreed.
Supervisor Dixie Baldrey closed the Public Hearing. Time: 5:25 pm
RESOLUTION #52-08
ADOPT LOCAL LAW #1 0F 2008
On a motion by Council Member Lynn Byrne, seconded by Council Member Paul Van Valkenburgh, the following resolution was
ADOPTED - Ayes - 4 - Baldrey, Byrne, Van Valkenburgh, and Mellott.
Absent – 1- Nelson
Nays – 0
This Town Board moves to adopt Local Law #1 of 2008 “Floodplain Management Regulations”
Council Member Lynn Byrne made a motion to adjourn the public hearing, seconded by Council Member Keith Mellott. All agreed. Time 5:26PM
Supervisor Dixie Baldrey adjourned the Public Hearing.
