Board Meeting December 27, 2011 The Year End Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Lexington was called to order on December 27th, 2011 at 6:30 P.M., by Supervisor Greg Cross at the Kenneth A. Becker Municipal Building, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. PRESENT: Supervisor............................................ Greg Cross Council Members…....…….….............. Minutes Minutes of the December 20, 2011 regular meeting were accepted on a motion by Councilman John Berger, 2nd by Councilman Keith Mellott, and carried. Organization Meeting -- January 3, 2011 @ 6:30 pm Carolyn Bennett / Grant Writer Council Member Lynn Byrne said that Carolyn Bennett was going to attend the meeting but it was a miss communication, but the weather wasn't very nice either. Council Member Byrne said that she has been in touch with her and she is on board for doing the grants for the town. Town Inventory for 2011 Inventory Clerk, Kathy Jordan, completed the Inventory for 2011 and it is on file in the Town Clerk's Office. Many things in the basement were lost because of Hurricane Irene. Many things were also lost at the Highway Department because of Irene. Still need a couple of values added to the list -- Welder and Plows. The things lost in the basement were rescue squad cots, Christmas tree, and maps which were in the bottom portion of the cage section. Highway Transfer Resolution # -11 Transfer to the FEMA / Highway Fund Account On a motion by Councilmember John Berger, seconded by Council Member Lynn Byrne, the following resolution was ADOPTED - Ayes - 4 - Cross, Byrne, Berger, Mellott, Nays - 0 Abstain -- 1 - Pushman -- Not sworn in yet. This Town Board moves to make the following transfer $155,000.to the Highway Fund Account (_____________): From: Capital Maintenance # 5835 === $ 15,000. General Fund # 5760 ======= $ 55,000. Ambulance # 6950 ========= $ 50,000. Sick Liability # 5843 ========= $ 35,000. Total Transfer ------------------------------- $155,000. Audit the Bills On a motion by Council Member Keith Mellott, seconded by Council Member John Berger, and carried, that this Town Board shall approve payments of the following bills: The General Fund was $ 4,132.80 on Abstract #24, Claim Numbers 314 to 320 The Highway Fund was $ 19,884.37 on Abstract # 23, Claim Numbers 228 to 236 Adjourn Council Member John Berger made a motion to adjourn the meeting, second by Supervisor Greg Cross, and all agreed. Minutes of the December 20, 2011 regular meeting were accepted on a motion by Councilman John Berger, 2nd by Councilman Keith Mellott, and carried.

            On a motion by Councilmember John Berger, seconded by Council Member Lynn Byrne, the following resolution was

                     Nays - 0
                    Abstain -- 1 - Pushman -- Not sworn in yet.

This Town Board moves to make the following transfer $155,000.to the
Highway Fund Account (_____________):

                       General Fund   # 5760 ======= $ 55,000.

On a motion by Council Member Keith Mellott, seconded by Council Member John Berger, and carried, that this Town Board shall approve payments of the following bills:
