Board Meeting Town of Lexington Planning Board January 13, 2009 Chairman Glenn Howard called the regular monthly meeting to order on January 13, 2009 at the Lexington Municipal Building, 3542 Route 42, followed by the pledge of allegiance to the American Flag. Planning Board Members present were Chairman Glenn Howard, Ralph Albino, Susan Constable, Robert Hermance, Greg Cross, and Edwin Dippold, Jr. Absent was Taris Charysyn. Others present were Glenn Leisching representing the Lexington Hotel, and Rose Williams, Secretary. Minutes Edwin Dippold made a motion to accept the minutes of the meeting held on December 9, 2008, seconded by Greg Cross Lexington Hotel Property / Former Post Office ---- Blank Until Tomorrow LLC #127.00-2-11 Glenn Leisching, a representative for Scott Griffin, the owner of Blank Until Tomorrow (aka Lexington Hotel) had the survey map which combined the two parcels. The Planning Board Members discussed the lot line adjustment where the two parcels would be combined into one lot, and the members reviewed the map. The completed application was accepted and reviewed which included a filing fee of $100.00.from Glenn Leisching. The Planning Board Members wanted to know what the total acreage of the two parcels would be when they are combined because the total acreage on the survey map was 1.077 acres. The tax bill had an estimate of .70 acres for Parcel #127.00-2-11 and .20 acres for Parcel # 127.00-2-12. A discussion was held. Approve Lot Line Adjustment --- Parcel # 127.00-2-11 & # 127.00-2-12 (same owner) Ralph Albino made a motion to approve the Lot Line Adjustment where Parcel #127.00-2-11 and Parcel #127.00-2-12 belonging to Blank Until Tomorrow, LLC would be combined into one parcel for a total of 1.077 acres, seconded by Edwin Dippold, Jr. Chairman Glenn Howard signed the maps and mylar, which will be filed with the Greene County Clerk in Catskill, NY. New Meeting Time The Planning Board Members discussed changing the starting time of their meetings. They all agreed that the Planning Board Meetings should start at 7:00 pm from now on --- starting with the February meeting for 2009. Greg Cross made a motion to have the monthly meetings start at 7:00 pm for the Town of Lexington Planning Board, seconded by Robert Hermance. Vote: Howard-aye, Hermance-aye, Constable-aye, Dippold-aye, Albino-aye, Cross-aye Adjourn Ralph Albino made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Edwin Dippold, Jr. Chairman Glenn Howard adjourned the meeting of the Town of Lexington Planning Board at 7:48 pm Respectfully submitted,
